Kelly is a certified yoga and BarreFlow instructor. She was introduced to yoga in college as a way to prevent injury in running and has since fallen in love with the practice. She became a certified yoga instructor in the Spring of 2017 and enjoys working with yogis to develop their practice and learn to appreciate all of the benefits of yoga both mental and physical. Kelly tried her first BarreFlow class 3 years ago and loves the uplifting energy of the class along with its physical benefits. As an avid runner Kelly loves using a variety of classes from yoga, BarreFlow to spin and Hiit classes to maintain her physical and mental health. This summer Kelly welcomed her daughter, Madeleine into the world. She is excited to begin the transition into motherhood and teaching classes at Kind Performing Arts.
