At KPA, we are fully devoted to providing students of all ages an encouraging environment where they are given the opportunity to grow and excel in their dance and/or music education. Our passionate and experienced staff strives to deliver the highest quality of instruction, while nurturing each student’s unique gift of talent and creativity. It is our goal that when you walk through our doors, you feel like family.

Our family loves being a part of Kind Performing Arts. It’s been a wonderful experience for us. Our daughters, who are 5 and 2, have a love for music and dance that is nurtured by the positive, encouraging and very welcoming environment that Ms. Katie offers. You can easily see the love she has for the children and her program. The classes offer structure, creativity, movement and laughter. Each class feels more like an experience than a lesson. To put it simply, Ms. Katie is a wonderful and talented teacher who offers an amazing program.

Ms. Katie and Ms. Taunya provided 2 classes at St. Thomas the Apostle School this spring. A new offering for our students! The Creative Dance and Music and Hip-Hop Jazz after school dance programs were not only extremely popular, but fun from beginning to end for all participants! Both Katie and Taunya provided opportunities for the students to learn new skills and grow artistically. They were easy to work with and treated parents to a fabulous recital at the end of the six week session. We’re looking forward to working with them again in the future!

We have been very happy with the addition of Kind Performing Arts to our after school programs. Katie Kind taught Hip Hop and Jazz to our 2nd through 5th graders and Taunya Hannibal-Williams taught Music and Dance to our Kindergarteners and 1st graders. Both teachers brought their love of music and dance, along with their enthusiasm and appreciation of young children with them for each class. It has been a pleasure to see the joy on our children’s faces. We look forward to continuing these programs and would recommend them whole-heartedly.
