Ms. Michele leaped into the dance world at the age of 5 and still remembers how magical her first tutu made her feel. She danced ballet and jazz as well as performed in many musicals throughout her childhood and into college. In addition to being on the Dance and Flag Corp for the University of Nebraska Lincoln marching band, She earned a Bachelors of Science in Education. She has been teaching preschool, creative movement, music and ballet in the Capital District since 2007. Her philosophy- developed by positive mentors, mothering her three daughters and trial and error, is simple: Children learn best through positive play experiences! Michele brings her enthusiasm and this philosophy to each and every class she teaches. She has been with Kind Performing Arts, Inc. since its doors opened and teaches Baby Ballet/Tot Tap and Ballet/Tap combo classes for preschoolers. Outside of the studio, Michele is blessed to spend her life’s journey with her husband and daughters.
